Biblical Foundations Statement

The Bible

We believe in the full and verbal divine inspiration and the absolute authority of the sixty-six canonical books of the Old and New Testaments as originally given. The Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God and stands as the supreme authority in all matters—scientific, historical, moral, and theological.

The Trinity

We believe in one eternal, personal, and transcendent God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Father: God the Father, the first person of the Trinity, is infinite Spirit, sovereign and eternal, unchanging in all His attributes, and worthy of honor, worship, and obedience.

The Son

We believe in the perfect, sinless humanity and the absolute deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, fully united in one divine-human person since His unique incarnation, miraculously conceived and born of a virgin.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, who convicts, regenerates, indwells, and seals all believers in Christ. He fills those who yield to Him and grants spiritual gifts to every believer, without any specific manifestation being required as evidence of salvation.

Historicity

We affirm the full historicity of the biblical account, including the creation of Adam and Eve as the progenitors of all humanity, the literal Fall and the subsequent divine curse upon creation, the global cataclysmic Flood, and the origin of nations and languages at the Tower of Babel.

Redemption

We believe in the substitutionary and redemptive sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the sins of humanity, accomplished through His literal death, burial, and resurrection, followed by His physical ascension into heaven.

Salvation

We believe that personal and eternal salvation from sin is offered solely by the grace of God, grounded in the redemptive work of Christ, and received exclusively through personal faith in His person and work.

Last Things

We believe in the personal and bodily return of Jesus Christ to judge sin, establish His eternal Kingdom, and fully accomplish His redemptive and creative purposes, with eternal rewards and punishments.

Biblical Creation

We believe in the special creation of the universe by God, encompassing all systems and kinds of organisms, accomplished in six literal days of creation.

Satan

We acknowledge the existence of Satan as a personal and malevolent being who acts as tempter and accuser, for whom a place of eternal punishment has been prepared. This is also the destiny of those who, apart from Christ, remain in opposition to God’s redemptive plan.
