Ivy ENBER Christian University is a U.S. higher education institution, legally headquartered in the State of Florida, United States of America, and duly registered with the Florida Department of State – Division of Corporations, in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
The University operates pursuant to Section 1005.06(1)(f) of the Florida Statutes, which authorizes the operation of faith-based educational institutions, including those with a Christian identity, such as ENBER. This statutory provision allows Christian universities to offer Certificate, Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral programs without mandatory licensure by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE), provided that all legal requirements set forth by law are fully met—requirements that ENBER strictly and consistently fulfills.
This exemption is entirely lawful and valid within the United States. It does not imply informality or lack of regulation; rather, it represents an institutional model expressly предусмотрed and protected under Florida state law for Christian higher education institutions, such as ours.
Ivy ENBER Christian University offers academic programs with a strong scientific and philosophical emphasis, grounded in an ethical, humanistic, and Christian worldview. Its programs are structured around:
International academic rigor
A qualified faculty with global experience
Academic workload consistent with U.S. standards of excellence
Strong emphasis on scientific research and impactful scholarly production
Continuous student support from admission through program completion
All academic activities are delivered through high-quality distance education (online learning), fostering international connectivity, cross-cultural engagement, and pedagogical innovation at the higher education level. ENBER serves students in multiple countries and actively participates in international teaching and research networks.
ENBER does not guarantee automatic recognition of its degrees in other countries. However, the University provides institutional support and all necessary documentation to enable graduates—should they choose—to pursue recognition processes in a legitimate, informed, and properly guided manner.
All degrees issued by ENBER University are apostilled in accordance with the Hague Apostille Convention, through the competent Secretary of State in the United States.
The Hague Apostille Convention is an international treaty ratified by more than 120 countries, including the United States, designed to simplify the recognition of public documents issued in one country for legal use in another. Apostillation is an official certification that attests to the authenticity of the document, granting it international legal validity in all signatory countries.
Accordingly, once apostilled, ENBER degrees become eligible for legal, academic, or professional use in a wide range of international contexts, subject to the specific requirements and regulations of the destination country.
