Application Fee:
This fee is required prior to enrollment and is non-refundable. Fee waivers may be granted in specific cases defined by the institution or through customized institutional campaigns.
Enrollment Fee:
This fee is charged at the time the student’s admission is confirmed. It is non-refundable once enrollment is officially completed, except if the applicant is not accepted by Enber University or if the cancellation occurs in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
Tuition:
Tuition or program installment amounts are determined by the course and academic level (Master’s, Doctoral, or Postdoctoral). Payment must be made in accordance with the schedule established by the Financial Office.
Administrative / Academic Fees:
Additional fees may apply for the issuance of documents, certificates, diplomas, reissuance of academic transcripts, supplementary academic support, and specific institutional services. These fees are disclosed in advance and published in the Institutional Academic Catalog and on the official website.
Program Fees (when applicable):
In cases where programs involve costs related to access to educational platforms, specialized content, virtual libraries, scientific conferences, or academic events, such fees will be disclosed to the student prior to enrollment confirmation in the respective program.
Academic Transcript Fee:
The first request for an official academic transcript is provided free of charge. Additional requests may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the current Enrollment and Fees Schedule.
