The Ethics Channel is a tool made available to our students, employees, suppliers, and business partners with the purpose of facilitating the reporting of potential violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable laws, policies, standards, or situations in which the ethical values and principles upheld by Enber may be compromised.
The main pillars of this channel are the confidentiality of the reported information and of the reporting parties, the receipt of reports by an independent company, the investigation conducted by an independent area, and our commitment to non-retaliation against those who report any occurrence that violates Enber’s standards of conduct and requires careful analysis of the circumstances in which the facts occurred.
Recognizing our strong connection with our community, Enber reinforces the responsibility of each individual to raise any issues or concerns of which they may be aware, thereby allowing us to preserve the integrity and reputation of our Institution as we always have.
If you suspect or are aware of acts that represent violations such as those mentioned above, it is not only encouraged but your duty to report them immediately.
The Ethics Channel and the Ombudsman serve distinct purposes.
While the Ethics Channel is intended to address matters that may compromise transparency and integrity in business practices—such as fraud of any kind, undue advantages, harassment, human rights violations, among others—the Ombudsman is the channel through which Enber receives and addresses compliments, complaints, or suggestions related to academic and administrative matters involving our students.
