Profa. Dra. Vivianne de Souza
PhD in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), in the research line Culture and Identities, and Master’s degree in Human Rights, Citizenship and Public Policies from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), focusing on the research line Territories, Human Rights and Diversity. Holds a specialization in Human Rights Education from UFPB, a degree in Languages and Literature from the State University of Paraíba (UEPB), and a degree in Social Sciences from UFPB. She serves as a professor in the Graduate Program in Educational Sciences at Ivy Enber Christian University.

PhD in Communication from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), 2008. Holds a Teaching Degree and a Master’s degree in History from PUCRS – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Served as a faculty member at the Center for Human Sciences and Education at UCS – University of Caxias do Sul from 1997 to 2016. Currently serves as Academic Vice-Director at Ivy Enber Christian University.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Editor
Responsible for the administrative and strategic coordination of the scientific journal. Oversees issue planning, organization of the editorial workflow, monitoring of deadlines, and supervision of activities carried out by the editorial team. Also serves as the liaison among authors, reviewers, and editors, ensuring that processes are conducted ethically, transparently, and in accordance with the journal’s institutional and scientific guidelines.
Scientific Editor
Responsible for the academic supervision and scientific quality of publications. Duties include evaluating the thematic relevance of manuscripts, monitoring the peer review process, ensuring methodological rigor, and guaranteeing that published works comply with the journal’s scientific and ethical standards. Also contributes to the definition of editorial policies and to strengthening the academic relevance of the journal.
Systems Editor
Responsible for the technical management of the journal’s editorial platform, including the configuration, maintenance, and updating of the submission and publication system. Provides operational support to authors, reviewers, and editors, ensuring the proper functioning of digital workflows, file organization, and the correct publication of issues in the electronic environment.
Intern
Assists with the journal’s administrative, technical, and editorial activities. Responsibilities include supporting document organization, monitoring submissions, reviewing formatting, assisting in communication with authors and reviewers, and providing operational support to the editorial board, contributing to the efficiency of the editorial process.
Editorial Board
The Editorial Board is composed of faculty members and researchers responsible for contributing to the journal’s academic and scientific guidance. Its members collaborate in defining editorial guidelines, strengthening the scientific quality of publications, and consolidating the journal’s credibility. They may also serve as reviewers, scientific consultants, and promoters of the journal’s academic dissemination, encouraging the production and dissemination of knowledge in their respective fields of expertise.
