This article reflects on how technology and inclusion contribute to human transformation when applied in special education, how schools should address the increasingly common issue of inclusion as a means of equal opportunity for students with special needs, and how teachers incorporate it in the classroom, offering a more critical and perceptive view of the surrounding reality. The study proposes a bibliographic research-based approach on the role of technology and inclusion in learning, considering its maturation in special education, the need for comprehensive teacher training to identify students' needs, and a deeper understanding of the neurological, emotional, and healthy aspects of learning, emphasizing the importance of addressing students' difficulties. The theoretical foundation was exclusively based on bibliographic research, supported by books, electronic materials, and supplementary resources. The research aims to highlight the crucial role of technology as a tool for skill development, inclusion promotion, and its application in schools to address learning difficulties in special education.
