This article examines the relationship between neuroscience and meaningful learning, emphasizing how memory, attention, emotion, synapse, and brain plasticity contribute to students’ cognitive and socio-emotional development. The qualitative and bibliographic research draws on articles, books, and documents addressing school inclusion and active methodologies. Findings indicate that pedagogical practices grounded in neuroscientific principles foster meaningful learning, enhance motivation, and strengthen autonomy, particularly in diverse educational contexts. The integration of emotion and cognition was found to improve knowledge retention, while active methodologies and inclusive resources increase student engagement. The study concludes that neuroscience applied to education provides valuable foundations for rethinking pedagogical practices and promoting an inclusive, student-centered school environment.
